The hotel opened in 1969 but was originally founded in the early 1700’s, on the site of an earlier Arab castle. Carefully restored, this family-run hotel maintains the traditions of hospitality and fine regional cooking. The hotel is part of the Girasole group of the Notturno Italiano Hotel chain.
