This beautiful villa with traditional stone walls and exposed wooden-beam ceilings is set over 2 floors and includes a roof terrace with stunning views of the surrounding valley, mountains and Mediterranean ocean. The private pool varies from 1 metre to 2 metres in depth, and the surrounding terrace is furnished with Balinese beds and sun loungers.

On the ground floor is the spacious kitchen with ample tiled work surfaces. This connects to the dining room with 8-person dining table and open fireplace, as well as the multi-room audio system and iPod dock from where you can control and play music throughout the villa and terraces. The living room has an open fireplace, flat-screen TV, DVD player and Hi-Fi system. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Upstairs are the 4 bedrooms and bathrooms, including the master bedroom with Balinese bed, balcony and pool views. Opposite this room is the main bathroom with Turkish-style bath and shower.

The outside also offers a large lawn with football goals, children's play area with swings and a slide, and a kid's log cabin. This is separated from the pool area by a fence.

La Finca Bella is 10-minute drive from the beaches and town of Denia, and Montgo Nature Reserve is 11 km away. Alicante and Valencia airports are an hour's drive away, while Calpe and Benidorm with its water parks and theme parks, including Terra Mitica and Terra Natura, are a 30-minute drive away.
