For shared use there are lawn sunning area, pond. Tennis (15.06-01.09), children's playground. In the complex there is a restaurant, internet access, lift, sun terrace, ski storage, central heating, washing machine and tumble dryer for shared use with extra charge.
Parking is possible by the house in the communal covered parking with extra cost. Bus stop 100 m.
