This farmhouse is situated high on a hill from which it enjoys view of the city of Assisi. The property is divided into four independent apartments with warm modern furnishings.
In the apartment, which is located on the ground floor, you will find facilities like a TV. There is a breakfast room, store for bicycles and central heating. Parking space is available on site and you are allowed to bring max. 1 small pet/dog with you.
For shared use there is an outdoor swimming pool of 5 x 12 m, which is opened from 08-05 to 25-09. At the pool there is an outside shower and a sun-bathing area. In the garden with garden furniture there are barbecue facilities.
