Its average temperature reaches 11 ° C in summer and 7 ° C in winter. The vegetation covers almost all 10,625 hectares of the park and includes evergreen ocean forests, Chiloé coigües, canelos and tapas.

Aquatic species abound, such as seagulls, cormorants and ducks; There is also a large colony of sea lions. Between December and April, the presence of the blue whale stands out.



It is located in the general region of Aisén, in the general Carlos Ibáñez del Campo, in one of the islands of the archipelago of Chonos.

Its access roads are only by sea.

To reach the park, you must charter or sail by private boat at a distance of 90 nautical miles from Puerto Aguirre.
