Devin Castle ligt op ongeveer 15 km van het centrum van Bratislava. Je hebt toegang per boot, maar het gemakkelijkste is om het met de bus te doen vanaf de platforms die naast het kasteel liggen. Het kasteel ligt aan de samenvloeiing van de rivieren Donau en Moravië, die de natuurlijke grens vormen tussen Oostenrijk en Slowakije. Op heldere dagen is het mogelijk om Wenen te zien. En op sneeuwdagen geven ze je een wit beeld dat elke ansichtkaart waardig is.
