Dans l'Orada, le four communautaire dans la production de pain représente la vie de la communauté. Si les temps étaient de pauvreté, peu de pain a été produit et tout a souffert. Si le temps était abondant, il y avait beaucoup de pain et tout le monde en profiterait. Par conséquent, il était nécessaire de le protéger des forces du mal et d'obtenir les faveurs de la divinité. Dans le nord du pays, il est de tradition de faire une croix sur du pain. Chez Orada nous avons choisi de mettre une croisière qui avait la même fonction de protecteur de la nourriture et de la vie du village.
